  • Scaled the organization from 1 to 25+ employees, building a collaborative, mission-aligned team while modernizing operations through Google Workspace migration and updates to HR, payroll, and accounting systems for full compliance and scalability.

  • Secured over $1 million in sponsorships ranging from $5K to $100K, with sponsor and donor revenue streams accounting for 60%+ of the club’s annual operating budget, ensuring long-term financial sustainability.

  • Designed and launched three signature fundraising events—Rogue Memorial Challenge, Tee It Up for Timbers, and Beer & Benevolence—establishing six-figure non-dues revenue streams and significantly expanding community engagement and visibility.

  • Led the organization in a dual capacity as the Director of Coaching as well as the Executive Director. 

  • Led the organization’s technical vision, player development strategy, and long-term coaching framework, impacting over 2,000 youth athletes annually across competitive and recreational programs.

  • Designed and implemented coach education programs aligned with U.S. Soccer’s best practices, training and mentoring 100+ volunteer and licensed coaches annually, resulting in elevated coaching standards and consistent player outcomes.

  • Oversaw operations of the Southern Oregon Classic League, a competitive league serving clubs within a 100-mile radius. Managed the priorities of diverse and often competing stakeholders, balancing the influence of our larger club with the needs of smaller rural organizations, to deliver a better experience for players and families. Built trust and collaboration over time, raising the standard of play and strengthening every participating club.

  • Coached teams to nine State Cup semi-finals appearances and two state championships, building a culture that emphasized growth, resilience, and sportsmanship.

  • Supported the collegiate advancement of 100+ student-athletes, providing individualized mentorship, exposure opportunities, and direct recruitment support to NCAA and NAIA programs.
