WHAT I DO
This is one-on-one work focused on understanding what’s driving behavior — where motivation is coming from, where pressure shows up, and where things tend to get stuck.
From there, we identify patterns, clarify what matters, and define actionable steps forward.
The focus is on building consistency in how those actions are carried out over time.
The work is forward-focused and practical, centered on how individuals operate day to day.
Who I Work With
-
Adolescents/Young adults
Students and athletes who are capable but inconsistent, and still learning how to handle expectations, pressure, and responsibility.
-
Parents
Moms and Dads wanting the best for their children, but find it difficult to navigate the growth process.
-
Men
Guys who feel stuck, off track, or unsure if how they’re showing up is actually working.
-
Anyone working or volunteering in the youth sports space
Coaches and leaders in youth sports environments who want to operate with more clarity and consistency in their role.
Coaching is built around focused, one-on-one sessions, typically over a defined period of time.
Each session is centered on what’s currently happening — whether that’s a specific challenge, a recurring pattern, or a situation that needs to be worked through.
Between sessions, the focus shifts to applying what’s been discussed — testing ideas, adjusting responses, and building consistency over time.
The goal is not just insight, but follow-through.
